Have you ever questioned why you are here? Have you ever asked yourself, what is my purpose? Many times we can feel insecure about ourselves. Whether it may be because of what we look like, what we eat, or what we think. The beautiful news is that being part of the Body of Christ, we are all united through Jesus Christ. He died for us on the cross and paid the ultimate price. He did it out of love for you. Now then, if the Son of God died for you, then that means there's a special purpose for you. God is waiting for you to truly trust in Him. He will never fail you. His ways are better than our ways. Jesus wants to give you a new life rooted in Him. What if you are here for such a time as this? Will you trust Him?
"...who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?"
"Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me."
As a nation we are facing a difficult time. We have seen protests, riots, looting, and division all spring up for the past couple of weeks. Our nation is crying for help and justice. Many of us have been on board with the many movements that have been brought about. We are lifting our voices for the movements that are happening. But what have you been doing to bring the light into the darkness? What has the Christian community done to bring Jesus into the conversations? We must be very careful with how we handle ourselves, because in rising with a movement, without looking, we might be against God. Before you take a side, or a stance, remember that we must first seek the Kingdom of God. Why is this important? Only God can bring peace to where there is no peace. Only God can bring healing to a heart that has been broken. Only God can bring light to where there is no light. Jesus Christ is our ONE and TRUE answer. It is through Jesus Christ that we can be forgiven and be made new. For whoever is in Christ is a new creation, the old has gone and the new is to come. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is needed now more than we can imagine. Only the Blood of Jesus can save us. So before we do, before we think, and before we say, we must first seek the Kingdom of God. Will you place God first in your life? (If you have made the decision to accept Christ click here and we will help you.)
"But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!"
2 Corinthians 5:17
As a result of this global pandemic many of us have faced all kinds of difficulties. Perhaps you lost your job or you lost a loved one. Maybe you are at home waiting for the virus to go away so you can enjoy your life again. There are many things that come across our minds in times like these. But how about if we place our trust in God. How about if we take into consideration what He wants for us to do in this time. How about we start to change our way of thinking in order to align to the way He wants. God has not left us alone, in fact He is waiting for you to draw near to Him. He says to not fear because He is with us through it all. He will strengthen you and help you. Trust in God, bring it all to Him, for He cares for you. He loves you. If you are a believer, may this be a moment of reflection to solidify your faith in Him. If you have decided to trust God and in His Son Jesus Christ, click here so we can connect with you and help you in this next step. If you have more questions let us know here. "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous hand."
