Guide teens from ages 13-18 in their spiritual growth as well as help them establish their own identity. Reach out to those teenagers who are about to attend college and need help in the quest of finding God's purpose in their lives. Work in character development, and assist them in obtaining, reaching, and/or maintaining emotional stability throughout their journey. Help them in becoming adults who are family oriented and who show respect towards their authority. Direct them in becoming God's servants and encouraging their involvement in other ministries.
